A young cat named Thunder, stranded in a storm, finds refuge in the most magical house he has ever seen—an old magician's house filled with automatic machines and amazing gadgets. However, his arrival was not liked by Jack Rabbit and Maggie Mouse who tried to chase him away. The situation becomes more complicated when the magician is hospitalized, and his cunning nephew plans to sell the house.
